Wilma

Easy and fast establishment

WILMA is a rape variety that has a deep and powerful root that does not develop into a bulb. It is a winter type that is fast growing and provides abundant forage. It is able to establish its self quickly in just 60-70 days. When sown early in summer, it produces green forage that is of the highest quality at the precise moment that there is a lack of forage.

This variety is highly suitable for direct grazing. It also has the added benefit of being rich in nitrogen matter. This means that it is an outstanding complement to corn silage and enables saving of concentrates.

WILMA makes for an excellent green fertilizer with fixing nitrates of 80-120 units N/ha meaning that it actively improves the soil.
