🌾 RED OATS – RED DAWN

Red Dawn is an annual red oat that thrives in warmer, drier conditions compared to common oats. It offers palatable grazing, high tillering capacity, and good disease resistance, making it particularly suitable for grazing systems needing resilience and feed quality.

🌾 WHITE OATS – BRUNSWICK

Our newest white oat variety, Brunswick (Avena sativa), is set to become a farmer favourite. With a very late heading date, it produces high-quality hay and grazing, making it an ideal replacement or complement to the trusted Targa variety.

SPRING RYE

SOUTHERN GREEN

Southern Green is a quick-duration rye with excellent cold tolerance and an upright growth habit. Perfect for late planting (March–May), it’s ready to graze in 30–55 days. Delivers excellent yield when blended with annual ryegrass, and can be sown with Italian ryegrass to extend spring growth

STOOLING RYE

SOUTHERN BLUE

A locally bred cultivar known for quick feed and longevity, Southern Blue performs exceptionally well when planted from February onwards. Adapted to local, extreme climate conditions, it pairs well with Kikuyu for extended grazing and durable ground cover.

WHITE OATS

TARGA

A long-standing favourite, Targa demonstrates excellent early growth, producing up to 25% more dry matter than standard varieties. With higher metabolic energy late in the season, it’s an excellent option for sustained grazing quality and animal performance.
